The project involved carrying out various works including the complete construction of 19 small traveller bungalows and various outbuildings including hard standings, a central office and a security hut. This included the full internal fit-out including kitchens, bathrooms and living areas and all M&E aspects of each bungalow. Each of the units contains Valliant solar thermal central heating systems inclusive of boiler, tank, solar panel and radiators. The electrical installation consisted of a standard distribution board, connected to a secondary external utility pole which is utilised for powering the resident’s external living accommodation. Independent sub mains were individually run to each of the plots (19).
