Re-Gen were awarded under the Camden Framework for the Fire Safety Standard works at Charrington Street and Goldington Crescent along with associated making good and repairs.
Our specialist team provided and completed fire safety assessments to all properties. Goldington Crescent began with the internal decoration works to the communal areas and minor repairs. Following this, our FIRAS approved team of carpenters installed FD30 fire doors, and our M&E division team installed intelligent fire alarm systems to the homes and certified each property as compliant.
Works to Charrington Street consisted of communal decorations and repairs and new resident front doors were fitted as well as a new main door to the building. Installation of the new fire alarms were carried out following by testing and certification.
Additional works included the installation of new AICO alarm systems to the communal areas, external decorations, fabric repairs and window works were completed.
