Larchwood School

This project consisted of a single-storey extension of the existing reception block and internal refurbishment of the main building. A new toilet block was created as well as full refurbishment to the classrooms already in situ. At the start of the project, we carried out a complete strip out and clear of the site. This was followed by all excavation works, foundation works and concrete pouring. All mechanical and electrical works were carried out by our in house M&E division. Once this phase had been completed we installed new partitions, new ceilings, completed plastering and dry-lining, all surface finishes and tiling. New internal door were installed as well as replacement flooring. All commissioning and testing was carried out by the M&E Division. Externally we created new paving, and landscaping and ensured the site was left clean.
