The project comprised a complete refurbishment of the Grade II listed building. New Mechanical and Electrical services using period fixtures and fittings. This project was time-critical and complex by nature of its heritage construction. Traditional skilled building techniques had to be used throughout the restoration to preserve the historic feel of this grand structure. We incorporated and modified the building without impacting its character and installed new a new industrial kitchen for this future catering facility, new bathrooms, a lift for DDA requirements and all new finishes throughout including handmade pattern carpets and bespoke wallpaper.
